This small apartment has a soft athmosphere and a touch of Milanese flavor. It’s finely furnished and equipped (Wi-Fi, SMART TV, heating, air conditioning, dishwasher and washer / dryer, wardrobes, equipped kitchen and much more – NO ELEVATOR in the building, but it’s just on the 2° floor). This delightful apartment is quiet, clean and peaceful.
Milano Cozy Soft Home is located in a strategic position, served by public transport, in a few minutes on foot you can reach places such as Piazza Gae Aulenti, Porta Garibaldi, Porta Nuova, Monumentale.

The apartament accommodates up to 3/4 people.

The warm tones of the parquet floor create harmony with the materials and furnishings.
The small one-bedroom apartment has direct access to the living area and kitchen. A dining table with chairs placed at the side of the ancient fireplace (not usable), a bookcase surrounding the double sofa bed, a beautiful kitchen equipped with everything you need and the Smart TV, are the elements that make up this part of house, the living area.
A door leads to the sleeping area, where the bedroom is located; the double bed (container) has a comfortable memory mattress. A large wardrobe is placed in front of it.
Finally, we find a bathroom with shower and toilet. In a compartment, at your disposal you will find all the accessories for cleaning the house and the washer / dryer.

A small balcony overlooking the internal courtyard in front of the door offers a small table with two chairs.

This apartment is located in an exclusive part of Milan, thanks to its proximity to the most important tourist and historical sites of the city.

If you are here for a holiday or for business, the location is ideal for visit Milan. If you are here for Fairs (thanks to the proximity of Porta Garibaldi station you can reach Rho Fiera in a short time) or Fashion and Design events.

Within walking distance we find Porta Nuova – Piazza Gae Aulenti dominated by the Unicredit Tower, which deserves a visit for its majesty and grandeur (awarded by the Landscape Institute as one of the most beautiful squares in the world also in terms of innovation and environmental protection).

The area offers a wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants that will satisfy even the most discerning palates.
Isola is a trendy neighborhood characterized by narrow streets full of trendy boutiques, craft shops, organic food and thrift shops.

During events such as the Salone del Mobile and the Fashion Weeks, the area experiences a parallel reality, transforming itself into the scene of numerous events and initiatives.

The nearest underground station (5 minutes on foot) is PORTA GARIBALDI (green line M2 and lilac M5) or MONUMENTALE (lilac line M5), but many public transport such as buses and trams can be found adjacent to the house depending on which place you want to reach.

> REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT:
300 euro or 500 euro – depending on the property
> Security deposits are typically refunded upon departure if the property has no damages

Cancellation Policy

We invite our guests to carefully read all details about the apartment of their interest, clarifying any doubts before making the reservation.

If the cancellation is made before 14 days prior to arrival the booking fee will be refunded.
If the cancellation is made between 14 and 7 days before arrival, the entire booking fee will be retained.
If the cancellation is made within 7 days before the arrival date, the booking fee + one night will be retained.
If the cancellation is made on the day of arrival or during the reservation 50% of the unused nights will be retained.

MID-TERM RENTALS : We require a 30-day notice

Cleaning Services and Bed Linen

We rely on a professional cleaning company that follows a precise protocol for each intervention; the company takes care of the best possible sanitisation of every room, surface and element in the property. The linen is washed and treated at high temperatures to best sanitise the fabrics.
