The apartment is an excellent solution for those looking for a complete apartment to rent for monthly rentals, suitable for couples, families, lone adventurers and business travelers.
This is a private one-bedroom apartment with a full bath including shower, and open concept living/kitchen area. The apartment has exclusive terrace with table and chairs.

The apartment is on the seventh floor in a building with elevator and day porter. The house has well-furnished spaces, allowing our guests to have everything they need to spend a pleasant stay here in Milan.

Getting into the house, the living room opens up, modern and bright, decorated with elements of neutral and relaxing tones such as parquet, a comfortable sofa bed, the TV, a large mirror that diffuses the light entering through the window from the pretty terrace. The fully equipped kitchen has a comfortable island that can be used as a support surface, allowing you to prepare dishes as you wish. A table with chairs is placed near the French window.
The apartment has a beautiful bedroom, which has a comfortable double bed, a large glass wardrobe where to store clothes and personal items.
A mosaic-decorated bathroom has a shower, sanitary, washing machine and a toilet.
The simplicity of this house makes it a solution that easily adapts to different types of needs, becoming an ideal apartment to rent by week, month or for a few days.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTS:
You are connected to the center thanks to the many public transports available in the area. Thanks to the underground station M1 “Gambara” (red line) – 400 meters from the house – the apartment is very well connected both with the center and with the peripheral areas such as Rho Fiera Milano, or M5 “Segesta” (lilac line) – 600 meters leads 2 stops to MIco Congressi and FieramilanoCity and to the San Siro stadium.You can reach the noble “Castello Sforzesco” and the “Duomo” in 7 stops, about 13 minutes. For those who prefer surface transport there are trams and buses available within walking distance of the house.

MUST SEE THE MILAN CITY CENTER :
Every corner will be different .. discover the Duomo, Museo del Novecento, Palazzo Reale, Vittorio Emanuele, Alla Scala Theatre … Close to the house you will have the San Siro Stadium, via Marghera with its shops and pastry shops, the National Theater, the Piazza Wagner market with every possible and typical Italian product.

AREA SERVICES:
It is a residential area, where you will find everything conveniently and within reach. The nearest supermarket is the Carrefour Market in Piazzale Siena, 4 minutes on foot. The pharmacy is just below the house, in Piazza Velasquez.

For rentals longer than a month

> REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT:
300 euro or 500 euro – depending on the property
> Security deposits are typically refunded upon departure if the property has no damages

Cancellation Policy

We invite our guests to carefully read all details about the apartment of their interest, clarifying any doubts before making the reservation.

If the cancellation is made before 14 days prior to arrival the booking fee will be refunded.
If the cancellation is made between 14 and 7 days before arrival, the entire booking fee will be retained.
If the cancellation is made within 7 days before the arrival date, the booking fee + one night will be retained.
If the cancellation is made on the day of arrival or during the reservation 50% of the unused nights will be retained.

MID-TERM RENTALS : We require a 30-day notice

Cleaning Services and Bed Linen

We rely on a professional cleaning company that follows a precise protocol for each intervention; the company takes care of the best possible sanitisation of every room, surface and element in the property. The linen is washed and treated at high temperatures to best sanitise the fabrics.
