The house is fully furnished and equipped. It has air conditioning in every room, heating (in winter), internet WI-FI, TV, double glazed windows, bed linen and towels, washing machine, dishwasher, Jacuzzi and more.
The front door of the 3 bedroom apartment opens onto a bright and welcoming living room with a small balcony. The large corner sofa, facing the TV, will make you live pleasant moments comfortably.
In the living room there is also an extendable dining table with chairs. One of the trademarks of this apartment are certainly the peculiar La Mussina chandeliers.
The kitchen is in an independent room, next to the living room. It is nice and cozy and even has a small balcony. It is fully equipped and has generous appliances and a large cooking surface and a good hob where you can prepare and cook all your favorite dishes. A large corridor leads to the sleeping area, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a large closet next to the bed and a balcony.

The house, available to let on a short or medium-term basis, is situated in one of Milan’s quiet areas, it benefits from several means of transport.
The closest underground line stations are CORVETTO or BRENTA (at about 8 minutes walking distance), both on the yellow line (M3), that leads directly to Duomo – in about 9 minutes, 6 stops.
Within 1 minute walking distance there is Piazza Salgari, where you will find lots of bus and tram stops that will take you to different areas of Milan. So, whatever your plan is, the house is well connected with the main places of interest and attractions in the city.
Close to the apartment there is Emilio Alessandrini Park, where you can read a good book or enjoy peaceful moments.
Only one kilometre away there is the biggest indoor agricultural market in Lombardy, COLDIRETTI PORTA ROMANA.
Within few metres from the apartment there is Carrefour Market (via Caroncini 6) or a bigger store, Esselunga, in Viale Umbria. Since this is a residential area you will find all kind of services, among which banks, chemist’s etc.
The three-bedroom apartment is only few steps away from CIAK THEATRE, where both “X-Factor” and “Zelig”
TV programmes are shot. Another very important location, only a few steps away from the house, is FRANCO PARENTI THEATRE.
La Cascina Cuccagna is just as renowned, here important events like the “japan Festival” are held. It hosts events even for children. It is only 800 mt. walking distance.

We invite our guests to carefully read all details about the apartment of their interest, clarifying any doubts before making the reservation.
- If the cancellation is made before 30 days prior to arrival the entire booking fee will be refunded.
- If the cancellation is made between 7 and 30 days before arrival, the entire booking fee will be retained.
- If the cancellation is made within 7 days before the arrival date, the booking fee + one night will be retained.
- If the cancellation is made on the day of arrival or during the reservation 50% of the unused nights will be retained.
We rely on a professional cleaning company that follows a precise protocol for each intervention; the company takes care of the best possible sanitisation of every room, surface and element in the property. The linen is washed and treated at high temperatures to best sanitise the fabrics.
